Delivery is available to all locations in Moldova. In Chișinău, for orders over 1000 Lei, delivery is free.

Our deliveries are made to the building entrance or to the location accessible for the courier’s transport (in case access to the entrance is blocked). Unfortunately, we cannot ensure delivery to the desired floor as the delivery is performed by a single courier. Please take this limitation into account when placing your order.

Products are delivered either in a box or assembled, as applicable; they are not carried upstairs. DecoPrim ensures the transport of furniture that matches the image on the website.

ATTENTION! The courier does NOT provide services for unloading products from the transport, delivering them to the floor, or assembling the products!
